Illustrations were commissioned by the Australian Marine Conservation Society to help their cause- The Shark Champions– which aims to raise awareness and improve conservation outcomes for Australia’s threatened sharks and rays. The use of ‘cartoon’ yet anatomically correct infographics to shift the public perception of sharks increasingly into the positive by highlighting lesser known, “weird and wonderful” looking species in a unique fashion.
