Exercise Right Week 2017

2016’s public awareness initiative for Exercise Right Week, Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA)‘s creative team developed content designed to help the public find the right type of exercise suited to their uniqueness.

Humans are complex. People come from varying backgrounds with their own sets of challenges, quirks and circumstances. Everyone is unique, so when it comes to exercise there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach.

That’s why Exercise Right Week 2016 is all about exercising right for you and your uniqueness: right professional, right place, right time.

Exercise Right Week promotes finding the right type of exercise for people and making the most of their physical activity in the community.

For the ESSA membership- the practicing exercise professionals- a digital tool kit was created for them to easily spread the Exercise Right Week 2016 awareness. The tool kit consisted of Instagram and Facebook tiles, Facebook banners and profile pictures, Animated videos, Posters, balloons and pens.

An Exercise Right quiz was created to provide the general public with niche exercise resources (fact sheets, posters, downloadable PDF content) tailored just for their results. The end result page of the quiz is a combination of flip book segments outlining each individuals ‘Right Place’ ‘Right Professional’ and ‘Right Time’ for exercise with tips and how to achieve exercise goals safely. Each result page was different in both imagery of the flip book and the information provided to suit the users needs.  The ultimate goal of this quiz was to connect the people in need of help with the right exercise professionals.
